Wilmar supplies us with a range of Undenatured Ethanol’s for the Food and Beverage, Pharmaceutical, Animal Health, Personal Care and Cosmetics industries as well as Aerosol manufacturing.

The product is manufactured in Australia, as well as sourced from other countries and is derived from Sugar Cane.

Certifications are available and important, the undenatured products are registered as organic and ACO certified.

Some of the available grades:

Neutral Cane Spirit (95NC)

Neutral cane spirit (95NC) is a highly refined grade of ethanol.

This grade has even lower levels of volatile impurities than our standard and beverage grades, which results in improved odour and taste. As this grade is a clean, fresh smelling and tasting product, it is ideal in applications requiring high quality ethanol with low levels of impurities. The alcohol strength of this product is 96%.

Beverage Grade (95BG)

95BG is specifically designed to meet applications in the manufacture of flavoured beverages. It has characteristic low-odour properties and minimal impurities.

• Flavour concentrates.
• Boutique spirit manufacture (where further distilling is undertaken)

BP, Kosher and Halal are available on request.

95SG/ 100SG Grades

Wilmar Bioethanol Standard Grade undenatured ethanol is manufactured to two strengths: 96% and 100%. 96% Standard Grade (95SG) is our base grade of ethanol. 100% Standard Grade (100SG) has had an extra processing step to reduce the water content. This process of passing the product through a molecular sieve is called dehydration.

Both 100SG and 95SG are manufactured at the Sarina Bioethanol distillery and distributed direct to customers. These products can also be sent via Melbourne where they can be packaged in various sizes to meet customer requirements.

95SG-O Organic Certified

Our organic ethanol is a high-quality hydrous ethanol grade, comparable in quality to our 95NC product. We source 95SG-O from appropriately certified international ethanol producers to meet the requirements of the Australian /NZ Certified Organic Standards. 95SG-O has an alcohol strength of 96%.
